This is the visual minutes from the first lecture in the Endangered Tribal Languages in India dialogue series.

The seminar raised the question of determining the value of minority languages spoken by less than 10,000 speakers in the world and the purpose of preserving these when they are endangered. The seminar addressed these concerns and the ethics of conservation with a special focus on Northeast India. A summary of the seminar is available here.
